Premium Lamb
Ichthys lamb was started a few years ago as our daughter Rachel wanted an enterprise to be a part of. Up until recently we have been selling the lambs that we couldn’t eat at auction. We have since decided to offer the lamb to our customers as a natural fit with the beef and pork sales. We raise hair sheep and the response to it has been excellent. Lamb is available in wholes only.
